By engaging Feliciaro Co. ("we", "us", "our") for vehicle shipping or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Feliciaro Co. operates as a licensed vehicle shipping broker and arranges transportation through a vetted network of motor carriers. Final transport is performed by independent, DOT-registered carriers.
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if vehicle details, pickup/delivery locations, or operability change. Payment terms are confirmed at booking.
Pickup and delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or customer availability may cause delays. The customer must be available (or appoint a representative) for inspection at both pickup and delivery.
Carriers carry cargo insurance as required by federal law. Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery. Claims must be filed in writing within the timeframe specified by the carrier's policy.
Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch without penalty. Once a carrier is assigned and dispatched, cancellation may be subject to a fee.
You agree to provide accurate vehicle information, remove personal items, secure loose parts, and ensure the vehicle is accessible at pickup.
Feliciaro Co. acts as a broker and is not directly liable for carrier acts or omissions. Our liability is limited to the brokerage fee paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
